Description Description The Night Auditor performs end-of-day accounting tasks along with overnight front desk duties.
May be expected to work weekends and holidays. Responsibilities •Audit and reconcile the day's work for the hotel, banquets, food, and beverage outlets
•Check-in late-night arrivals
•Answer guest calls
•Assist guests with an outstanding quality level of customer service
•Teach new information regarding night audit duties to the night audit team
•Maintain a positive, motivated team environment
•Other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications ESSENTIAL SKILLS: •Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
•Ability to work as part of a team and be a self-starter
•Ability to multitask and remain collected under pressure
•Highly detail oriented particularly with numbers
•Desire to provide excellent service to each guest regardless of the situation
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: •A minimum high school diploma or GED, is required
•At least one (1) year of Hotel Front Desk experience, is required. At least one (1) year of Food & Beverage night audit experience, is preferred
•Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Opera (PMS), and Aloha (POS), is preferred
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: •Ability to stand or sit for extended periods of time
