Seeking Hotel General Manager 500 Rms South Carolina.
This beautiful hotel resort has significant revenues, strong event space and multi F&B options. Must have current and exceptionally strong brand experience with least $25M Revs.
Key Responsibilities:
*Able to elevate operating standards, systems and share best practices.
*Proven background with strong ownership relations.
*Able to be the face of the hotel by participating in the local lodging association, chamber of commerce, activities that promote the hotel’s goodwill.
*Able to interpret and utilize brand intelligence reports to maximize all key metrics.
*Champion and Celebrate associate team members.
Job Essentials:
*Spotlight on building revenues and aware of the comp set.
*Focus on improving the GSS – involved and proactive.
*Collaborate with the home office on market conditions, sales, marketing, yield management, operational details, new revenue streams, CapEx, etc.
Requirements:
*5 years of current experience at a Full-Service Branded Hotel or Resort as a General Manager.
*At least has overseen $25M revs.
*CapEx Renovation experience.
*Brand Experience Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt, Westin Sheraton, Omni, etc
