Contract Length: 3- 6-month contract, possibility of extension

Location: On-site in Fairfield County, CT or Essex County, NJ

Pay rate: $50/hr.- $60/ hr.

Position Summary:

We’re looking for a proactive HR Business Partner to support the Director of HR for Global Support Functions and the Global Center of Excellence. This role will deliver full-spectrum HR support—including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and talent development—ensuring HR programs align with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with the HR Director on talent reviews and development plans
• Support training, development, and organizational changes
• Analyze and act on employee engagement survey data
• Promote a culture of inclusion and diversity
• Provide day-to-day HR support across business units
• Assist with organizational design and workforce planning

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of HRBP experience, ideally in a commercial or manufacturing setting
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Solid knowledge of HR practices, employment law, and labor regulations
• Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems (Oracle HCM is a plus)
