We're seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead our HR function and help drive organizational success. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role will oversee all HR operations—from talent strategy and compliance to performance management and employee engagement.
💼 Key Responsibilities
- Lead recruiting, onboarding, training, and employee relations
- Partner with leadership on workforce planning and talent development
- Ensure compliance with federal/state laws and HR best practices
- Manage compensation, benefits, and performance review processes
- Oversee HR support for both corporate and retail operations
- Contribute to strategic initiatives such as M&A and IT system upgrades
✅ Requirements
- 5+ years of HR management experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in HR or Business
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with multi-functional teams and reporting to overseas HQs
- Japanese language skills
