We’re seeking an experienced Mechanical HVAC Engineer to lead projects, manage a high-performing team, and drive growth in the HVAC space.

What We Need:
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- 10 years of experience in the Commercial HVAC industry, with at least 7 years in a leadership role.
- AutoCAD/Revit proficiency and a PE License are highly preferred.
Skills:
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
- Strong ability to manage projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
- Expertise in cost analysis , financial forecasting , and client relationship management .

Key Responsibilities:
- Project Leadership: Lead engineering teams to deliver high-quality HVAC projects, overseeing design, development, and execution. Ensure all project documentation, drawings, and systems align with specifications and industry standards.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and fostering repeat business. Identify opportunities to exceed client expectations and drive growth.
- Team Development: Foster a high-performance culture by mentoring and guiding team members, ensuring they are motivated, skilled, and accountable for project success.
