Job Title: HVAC Estimator
Location: Bridgeport, CT
Salary: $110,000 - $120,000 per year

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Estimator to join our team in Stratford, CT . This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled professional to contribute to our growing business, providing accurate and timely estimates for residential and commercial HVAC projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed and accurate HVAC estimates for projects, including materials, labor, and timelines.
- Review blueprints, specifications, and project documentation to determine project scope and requirements.
- Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and engineers to ensure estimates align with project goals.
- Utilize estimating software to generate cost analysis reports.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HVAC products, installation techniques, and industry standards.
- Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to explain estimates and answer any questions.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an HVAC Estimator in the construction or HVAC industry
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, installation methods, and materials
- Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications
- Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
