Salary: $70,000 - $110,000 per year
A bit about us: We are seeking a motivated and skilled HVAC Service Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of HVAC systems and be able to install, maintain, and repair both residential and commercial equipment. This role requires a high level of technical skill, a commitment to delivering excellent customer service, and a strong work ethic. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the field, with a proven track record of successful installations and repairs.

Job Details Responsibilities:
As an HVAC Service Technician, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
1. Diagnosing and repairing problems with both residential and commercial HVAC systems.
2. Installing new HVAC systems in a variety of settings, following all safety guidelines and regulations.
3. Performing regular maintenance on HVAC systems, including cleaning and inspecting equipment, replacing worn parts, and testing system performance.
4. Troubleshooting complex problems with HVAC equipment and systems, using your knowledge and expertise to find effective solutions.
5. Providing excellent customer service, answering client questions, and ensuring that all work is completed to the client's satisfaction.
6. Working with chillers and other specialized HVAC equipment.
7. Staying up-to-date on the latest developments in the HVAC industry, and continually improving your skills and knowledge.
Qualifications:
To be considered for the HVAC Service Technician role, you must have the following qualifications:
1. A minimum of 5 years of experience working with HVAC systems, including both residential and commercial equipment.
2. Proven repair skills, with a strong understanding of how to diagnose and fix problems with HVAC systems.
3. Experience working with a variety of HVAC equipment, including chillers.
4. NATE certification is a plus.
5. EPA Universal Certification is required.
6. Excellent troubleshooting skills, with the ability to solve complex problems efficiently and effectively.
7. Strong customer service skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with clients.
8. A commitment to safety, with knowledge of all relevant regulations and guidelines.
9. The ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
10. A high level of physical fitness, as this role requires lifting heavy equipment and working in a variety of conditions.
