Our client, a large healthcare company in the CA area, is seeking an in-house Corporate Attorney who has healthcare experience to join them full-time.
Must have experience with Physician contracts including fair market value evaluations and Stark requirements.
This is a hybrid position, and you will have to travel to either the Mountainview or San Jose office at least 3x a week.
