Role Overview:
- Lead and manage Information Security (IS) projects with minimal supervision
- Deliver security initiatives in a regulated environment
- Ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards (e.g., NIST, NRC, DOE)
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute IS projects (risk assessments, compliance, governance)
- Align with federal and industry security frameworks
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure secure project delivery
- Enforce safety, quality, and regulatory requirements
Key Skills:
- Information Security/Cybersecurity project leadership
- Knowledge of NIST, FISMA, NRC, or DOE security standards
- Risk management, compliance, and stakeholder communication
- Agile and/or Waterfall methodology experience
