Instrumentation Electrical Technician

Position Summary
Responsibilities:
Procure, install and troubleshoot a variety of electrical equipment.
Calibrate manufacturing instrumentation according to procedures.
Perform routine PMs on manufacturing and building equipment.
Trouble shoot PLC equipment Plan and layout larger electrical projects.
Assist other maintenance techs with assigned tasks Complete instrument tracking documentation.
Complete required safety tasks and activities Develop procedures for instrument calibrations and preventive maintenance tasks.
Support facility operations by completing assigned work orders.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (GED) Accredited trade school diploma or certificate is required.
Industrial experience working on instrumentation and electrical equipment.
Applicable military training will be considered equivalent to industrial experience.
Strong mechanical skills Proficient communication and computer skills Demonstrated commitment to quality workmanship and flexibility in job assignments.
Ability and initiative to complete job assignments in a timely manner.
Follow safe work practices, NEC guidelines, and standard operating procedures.
Must be available for occasional night shift and weekend call-ins.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and climb ladders Able to work in a team environment.
