Job Requirements:

IT staffing experience as a Business Development Manager, Account Manager, or Account Executive with a proven track record of exceeding quotas (3+ years)
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Personal transportation with a valid driver�s license
Bachelor�s degree.

Responsibilities:

Help maintain the existing book of clients in Virginia or Washington, D.C.
Set meetings and visit CIOs, Project Managers, Hiring Managers, Purchasing Agents, etc
Contact and meet with prospective customers to understand their needs, and hiring cycles, and establish a customer-oriented relationship
Negotiate the terms of agreements
Communicate with the recruiting and sourcing team and the clients to serve the client�s needs in the best possible way
Maintain the client database in Salesforce CRM daily.
