Join our client, one of Northern Nevada’s fastest-growing homebuilders, Jenuane Communities , as a New Home Sales Assistant and become a licensed contributor to both new home AND resale success.
What You'll Do:
- Train and grow as a Junior New Home Sales Agent while driving resale conversions from on-site traffic
- Assist at various communities as assigned, keeping the sales office running smoothly during public hours
- Support your lead New Home Sales Specialist with prospect follow-up, escrow updates, and contract coordination
- Use our proprietary Marketing Success Portal® (MSP) to track leads, update escrows, and capture buyer interest
- Collaborate with our virtual concierge to confirm appointments and stay on top of warm leads
- Participate in local broker outreach, signage, and marketing events to keep traffic flowing

What You Bring to the Table:
- Current Nevada Real Estate License (Required)
- Minimum 3 years resale experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional presentation and client-first mindset
- Willingness to work weekends and be onsite as needed
- Bonus if you have experience with new home sales
