Job Summary

We are seeking experienced Labor & Delivery Registered Nurses to join a high-acuity, fast-paced maternal health team located in the heart of the Texas Medical Center. This role involves direct collaboration with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to deliver evidence-based care and exceptional patient experiences. Nurses in this unit handle a high delivery volume up to 450 births per month and work in a facility equipped with 12 labor rooms, 19 antepartum beds, and 4 swing beds.

Must-Have Qualifications

• Active RN license in Texas or multi-state compact license, clear of disciplinary actions
• BSN required (ADN not accepted)
• Minimum of 2–3 years of recent experience in an acute care Labor & Delivery setting
• Updated and accurate resume reflecting clinical experience and unit history
• Commitment to working night shifts only (no day shift or transfer options at this time)

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of acute care RN experience across women’s health or maternal units
• Extended women’s services experience is a plus
• Strong communication skills and a team-based mindset
• Candidates must express genuine interest in the night shift to ensure long-term alignment
