SALARY STEP PAY SCALE

Lateral: $80,827 - $83,552 with Credit for up to 5 Years’ Experience (includes KLEFPF)

 

EXCEPTIONAL BENEFIT PLANS

*2025-26 Health Insurance Example

• Bi-weekly Cost: $22 Employee / $62 Family
• Out-of-Pocket Max: $7,000 Single / $14,000 Family
• 100% Funded HRA: $7,000 Single / $14,000 Family

SCHEDULE

• 12-Hour Shifts
• Every Other Weekend Off for 3 Days

The LaGrange Police Department operates with sixteen sworn police officers. In addition to uniform

patrol officers, special assignments within the Department include Criminal Investigations

personnel, a School Security Officer “SSO” and a narcotics detection K-9 Unit.
