The Law Office of Angela Jae Chun is a San Diego-based litigation firm dedicated to representing individuals harmed by the negligent or wrongful conduct of others. Our firm advocates for clients in state and federal courts and collaborates on mass tort wildfire and consumer protection cases involving corporate misconduct. Position Description:

We are seeking a motivated 2L, 3L, or recent law school graduate (post-bar) for a part-time law clerk position. This role is ideal for students interested in gaining hands-on litigation experience in plaintiff-side personal injury and complex civil cases.

Responsibilities include:

• Legal research and drafting of memoranda, pleadings, and motions
• Discovery assistance, including drafting and reviewing written discovery
• Reviewing and summarizing medical records
• Supporting trial preparation and case file organization
• Participation in client communications and strategy meetings

Preferred Qualifications:

• Excellent research and writing skills
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Westlaw
• Prior litigation or personal injury experience is a plus
