Responsibilities:

Lead planning, development, maintenance, and implementation of desktop and web applications
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers to gather and define requirements
Manage full software development lifecycle from design to deployment
Design and validate test procedures
Maintain and upgrade existing software
Ensure adherence to safety standards

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
5+ years of experience in software design, programming, testing, debugging, documentation, maintenance, and deployment
Strong background in C# and C++ development, with overall backend experience
Proven experience designing scalable software architectures
Experience working in a manufacturing environment
Familiarity with Azure cloud services
Ability to lead requirements gathering and collaborate effectively
