Description:

Main contact for customers and tenants residing in units. Provide exceptional customer service and foster great relationships.
Be a valuable part of the property management team and represent company in a professional manner at all times.
Lead and manage the leasing process from guest card inquires to move in and all aspects in-between to achieve lease up and occupancy goals.
Process applications and complete leases
Manage move-in process with tenants
Perform all activities related to the lease renewal process to obtain 70% resident retention among all properties.
Respond promptly to all tenant inquires and follow up to ensure tenant satisfaction
Advertise and maintain marketing efforts to ensure units are full
Ensure all processes are documented and recorded in property management software - AppFolio

Requirements:

Education/Knowledge

Proficiency in current computer programs, including Word, Outlook, Excel.
Other platforms and software used: AppFolio, Paylocity, Canva, YouTube, Hub by Amazon, Managed Wi-Fi.

Experience/Skills

Leasing experience/property management
Candidates should possess a minimum of one year of customer service work experience.
Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.
Effective organization and prioritization of tasks is required.
