LCSW Career Opportunity – Lead with Purpose in New Jersey

Hours: Monday–Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM
Annual Pay: $115K–$120K + full benefits

Responsibilities:

• Provide client assessments and design tailored interventions.
• Offer guidance during emotionally complex situations.
• Track and document progress with clarity and consistency.

Requirements

What You Bring:

• New Jersey LCSW license in good standing.
• MSW from an accredited program.
• Strong grasp of therapeutic frameworks.
• Comfortable navigating sensitive conversations.
