Job Title: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
Overview: Seeking a compassionate LCSW to provide mental health counseling, support, and advocacy. You'll conduct assessments, offer therapy, crisis intervention, and referrals, ensuring clients receive comprehensive care.
Responsibilities:
* Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and formulate treatment plans.
* Provide individual, group therapy using evidence-based approaches.
* Manage crises, conduct risk assessments, and ensure client safety.
* Advocate for clients' rights and access to resources.
* Maintain accurate documentation and comply with regulations.
Qualifications:
* MSW from an accredited program.
* LCSW certification in the state of practice.
* 2+ years of post-graduate clinical experience.
* Strong assessment, therapy, and crisis intervention skills.
* Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems preferred.
