LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a boutique litigation focused firm to find an experienced defense litigation paralegal. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting attorneys in all stages of litigation matters and trial preparation. If you love trial and want a no billable hour requirement this is a fantastic opportunity. Bonuses are provided to paralegals!

Responsibilities

• Assist with all aspects of trial preparation and support
• Conduct legal research and fact finding
• Summarize medical records and chronologies
• Depositions prep and summaries
• Assist with case management
• Federal and state e-Filing
• Draft subpoenas, notice of hearings, certificates of service, motions etc.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' as Litigation Legal Assistant or Paralegal
• Paralegal Certificate or Associates Degree in Paralegal Studies is preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Tech Savvy - Microsoft Office Suite, TABS, Docsvault experience is preferred not required
• High attention to detail
• Team Player
