LPN Wound Care Nurse

Duties:

Provide wound care to residents with wounds, assure documentation is completed in PCC at least weekly.
Complete a complete body assessment on all new admissions.
Make rounds with wound care specialist weekly.
Have a knowledge base of identification, prevention and assessments of wounds.
Practice Infection Control during wound care.
