Responsibilities

Operating Machinery – Setting up, running, and monitoring machines to maintain productivity.
Quality Control – Inspecting finished products to ensure they meet specifications and standards.
Troubleshooting & Maintenance – Identifying issues, performing minor repairs, and reporting complex problems to maintenance teams.
Safety & Compliance – Following workplace safety guidelines to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with regulations.
Production Efficiency – Adjusting machine settings to optimize performance and minimize downtime.
Record-Keeping – Documenting production numbers, maintenance logs, and machine adjustments.

Qualifications

Understanding mechanical operations, equipment functions, and basic troubleshooting.
Ability to monitor machinery closely and identify potential issues.
Comfortable working on your feet, lifting heavy materials, and handling repetitive tasks.
Safety Awareness – Knowledge of workplace safety protocols and ability to follow them diligently.
Team Collaboration – Strong communication skills to work effectively with supervisors and team members.
Experience & Certifications – Previous experience with machinery is preferred, and some roles may require specialized training or certifications.

Pay : $16/hr.
