Job Description
Machine Operators (I, II, III) needed for a manufacturing company. Roles are classified by skill and experience, with cross-training based on business needs and employee strengths.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate machinery, band and move steel tubes, and use overhead cranes/forklifts
- Inspect tubing for quality, remove defects, and ensure products meet specifications
- Follow schedules to process correct tube sizes and configurations
- Safely maintain a clean work area and uphold all safety and quality procedures
- Repack, assemble, and move materials within facility; assist with inventory and receiving
- Collaborate with team, read and follow production instructions, and use measuring tools
Requirements:
- Ability to read, write, and perform basic math (including fractions)
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
- Ability to follow detailed verbal and written instructions
- Consistent attendance and PPE compliance required
- Machine operation or manufacturing experience preferred
