Machine Operator Job Overview
- 1st Shift: 8 AM to 4 PM, Monday–Friday, $20–$24 BOE
- 2nd Shift: 4 PM to 12 AM, Monday–Friday, $22–$26 BOE + $2 shift premium

Responsibilities:
- Setup and operate paper coating and/or rewinder machinery
- Inspect machine operations and product quality
- Organize production areas for efficiency and safety
- Collaborate with maintenance for reliability improvements
- Communicate effectively across teams
- Handle paper rolls, including loading/unloading and staging using computerized systems
- Operate forklifts,
- Conduct equipment inspections
- Maintain accurate records
Qualifications:
- Preferred: Machine operation and forklift experience
- Able to work in a non-climate-controlled environment
- Team-oriented, detail-focused, and physically capable (lifting 50–60 lbs, regular standing, walking, bending, twisting)
- Pay progression available with 30/60-day and 1-year reviews
