We are seeking a skilled and motivated Machine Technician to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Installation: Travel to client locations to install specialty vending machines, ensuring they are properly set up and fully operational.
Repair & Maintenance: Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and software issues on vending machines, both on-site and remotely, as needed.
Coordination: Work closely with other technicians to manage and prioritize repairs across multiple job sites.
Documentation: Maintain detailed records of service and repairs for each machine to ensure consistent performance and compliance with company standards.
Client Communication: Provide excellent customer service while communicating progress and status updates to clients during on-site visits.
Learning & Development: Stay up-to-date on the latest technologies and features of the company’s vending machines to enhance efficiency and expertise.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent (technical certification preferred).
Experience in mechanical or electrical troubleshooting (experience with vending machines is a plus).
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Strong communication skills to coordinate with clients and other technicians.
Willingness to travel to various job sites (a valid driver’s license is required).
Physical ability to lift, carry, and maneuver equipment as needed.
