At Senior Star , we take pride in creating a beautiful and safe environment for our residents and associates. We’re looking for a dedicated Maintenance and HVAC Specialist who values teamwork, enjoys serving those in their retirement years, and is passionate about making a difference.
What We’re Looking For:
- HVAC Certification is required.
- At least 5 years of professional maintenance experience , including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently with attention to detail.
- A positive attitude and a genuine desire to serve others.
What You’ll Do:
- Perform routine and preventative maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other building systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues promptly to ensure a safe and comfortable environment.
- Complete work orders and document tasks to maintain an organized workflow.
- Participate in a weekend on-call rotation to address urgent maintenance needs, with a standard Monday through Friday schedule outside of on-call duties.
