Our client is seeking a skilled maintenance leader with a background in, paper manufacturing OR converting who is seeking a true leadership opportunity. We are partnered with a global leader in the paper/converting industry, located 45 minutes from Tulsa, OK seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager. Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of multi-craft maintenance technicians on day to day maintenance and specialized projects as necessary.
- Work with management staff to develop training and development programs for hourly level employees.
- Manage internal CMMS system to ensure all maintenance activities are logged properly by reporting staff.
- Train new employees as necessary.
Qualifications:
- 3 (+) years of maintenance leadership background in a paper manufacturing or converting setting.
- Previous hands on, electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic maintenance experience.
- Background in training and developing teams.
- B.S., Engineering preferred but, not required for this role.
