Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute dynamic marketing campaigns within partner retail locations to increase brand visibility and consumer engagement.
- Represent brand messaging clearly and confidently to drive customer engagement and sales.
- Ensure a consistent and professional appearance, upholding brand standards in all customer interactions while obtaining their information.
- Coordinate with internal teams for campaign logistics, and generate leads for out clients.
- Mentor and assist in onboarding new staff members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team culture.
- Lead diverse teams, providing clear direction and support to drive individual and group performance, contributing to sustained campaign success and brand growth.
Qualifications:
- A high school diploma or equal.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple retail locations.
- Reliable transportation and flexible schedule (weekend availability may be required).
- Comfortable standing for extended periods and interacting with the public.
