What You'll Do:
- Collaborate closely with your manager to build expertise in selected functions and integrate with your team
- Attend team meetings, assist with departmental tasks, and network across the company
- Create social media content.
- Support SKU creation and maintenance, as well as manage Point of Sale Materials Inventory
- Participate in event planning and execution
- Working cross-functionally with R&D and sales.
- Conduct industry research on competitors and assist in sales reporting for product launches
- Engage in professional development activities, speaker series, and social programming events designed specifically for summer interns
- Develop and present a business-focused project to senior leadership
Requirements:
- Must be a rising Junior or Senior in college, pursuing a bachelor’s degree or recent graduate.
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and excellent organizational abilities
- Energetic, self-motivated, and results-driven
- Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, safety-first work environment
- A passion for cosmetics and the beauty industry, with a keen interest in staying current on industry trends
