We are currently seeking a Material Coordinator for our client in the Industrial Technology Solutions domain. Role Description: As a Material Coordinator , you must have at least 6 months of experience. The Materials’ Coordinator performs a variety of tasks to manage a centralized stockroom and is responsible for all material movements in and out of the stockroom.
The position is a hands-on job requiring.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Pick material for Production Orders and provide kits to manufacturing
- Supply material from the stockroom as per material requisitions
- Perform Cycle Counts and investigate discrepancies to determine causes for errors
- Perform updates and reconciliation of inventory records
- Relieve shortages from Shop Orders as materials is received
- Perform assorted clerical duties
- Maintain stockroom in an accurate, orderly, and accessible manner
- Receive and verify incoming product against shipment documentation
- Inspect products for damage or breakage
Education:
- High School Diploma, or GED
Experience:
- 1-2 years of manufacturing experience in stockroom, shipping, or assembly desired but not required. - Minimum of 6 months’ experience is required. Training will be provided.
- Temp in warehouse varies based on weather. Must be able to work in varying temps.
**This is a temp to perm position.
- 1st shift 7:30am to 4:30pm. Can be flexible if needed and allow 6:30am to 3:30pm.
Education: High School Diploma, or GED/Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Information Technology or another related field or Equivalent
Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience
Relocation: This position will not cover relocation expenses

Note: Must be able to work on a W2 basis (No C2C)
