We’re looking for an experienced Construction Materials Testing Manager to lead a growing team and oversee materials testing operations on some of Wichita’s most high-profile construction projects. This role is perfect for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to make a meaningful impact.
What You'll Do:
- Lead daily department operations and manage a team of technicians and engineers
- Oversee testing, safety, scheduling, and client communications
- Prepare proposals, manage project budgets, and drive business development
- Ensure high standards of quality and compliance across all projects
- Mentor staff and support career development
What You Bring:
- 10+ years of experience in construction materials testing or related field
- Previous supervisory experience; P.E. license strongly preferred
- Strong technical background in concrete, soils, and construction inspection
- Business-minded with excellent communication and leadership skills
