Work Location: Remote (Florida Georgia Idaho Kansas Maine North Carolina South Carolina Vermont Virginia) only these states are eligible (W2 only )
Salary Range: $30.48 - $42.71 per hour

We are seeking experienced Clinical Coders IV for acute care to join our team on a direct hire basis. Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately code acute care inpatient records according to established coding guidelines and standards.
- Review and analyze clinical documentation to ensure proper coding and billing.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to resolve coding discrepancies and queries.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest coding regulations and guidelines.
- Maintain compliance with healthcare coding practices and confidentiality standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Credentials: Current RHIA, RHIT, CCS, CPC-H, CPC, or CIC certification required.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of acute care inpatient coding experience.
- Education: Associate degree or equivalent experience.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding systems. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
