Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role for a Medical Receptionist at Arne Chiropractic and Wellness Center. The Medical Receptionist will be responsible for appointment scheduling, phone etiquette, and general receptionist duties in a medical office setting. In addition, this position also requires assisting the chiropractic doctors during appointments. The role will be located in Littleton, CO.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong passion and/or experience with holistic health and wellness and has a positive attitude! Huge plus for previous work experience in a chiropractic office or wellness center.

Qualifications

• Experience in appointment scheduling and receptionist duties
• Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
• Familiarity with medical terminology and medical office procedures
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in computer systems and software
• Experience in a healthcare or chiropractic setting is a plus
• Has high level of self awareness
• Clear and strong communication
• High School diploma or equivalent

Hours

Part time up to ~30 hours/week.

Preferred schedule: Tuesday-Friday with one or two alternating Saturdays a month
