This position involves both on-site and field-based responsibilities, offering the unique opportunity to provide direct care and support to clients in the community. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and create individualized treatment plans.
- Provide counseling, crisis intervention, and daily living support to clients in the community.
- Advocate for client needs and connect them with necessary community resources.
- Manage a caseload of 10-12 clients, offering ongoing support and care.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Maryland professional licensure preferred (must be obtained within 90 days of hire).
- CPR/BLS certification required.
Pay Range:
- Licensed Clinicians: $70,000–$76,000
- Unlicensed Clinicians: $65,000–$69,000
