About the Role:

You’ll be the front line for supporting our merchants and sales team — helping with day-to-day questions, managing support tickets, building out Help Center content, and embracing automation to improve the customer experience.

What You’ll Do

As the voice of our support team, you’ll help merchants get answers fast, fix issues, and feel confident using our platform. You’ll also play a key role in automating common workflows and helping shape our AI support tools.

• Handle support tickets via Zendesk (chat, email, phone)
• Take inbound calls and assist with real-time troubleshooting
• Build and update Help Center articles and FAQs
• Recommend and train AI support tools to streamline responses
• Collaborate with Sales to improve merchant onboarding
• Identify process improvements to deliver faster, smarter service

Who You Are

You’re a problem-solver who enjoys helping people and knows how to work smarter with tech. You’ve likely worked in SaaS or fintech, and you’re always one step ahead — whether that’s writing a clearer FAQ or suggesting a better automation.

• 2+ years of experience in customer support (bonus: SaaS or fintech)
• Strong Zendesk skills (tickets, macros, automations, Help Center)
• Comfortable with AI tools and chatbot logic
• Clear communicator with great follow-through
• Tech-forward mindset and a passion for improving the customer experience
