Responsibilities

Provides military forces analysis to produce executive-level defense reports relevant on a national or global level. Responsible for final review of intelligence reports and prompt delivery to the customer at all levels. Works as a member of a government and contractor team conducting multi-source intelligence analysis. Generally, requires Army, Navy, Marine or Air Force Intelligence training or education. Experience or training in one or more areas of; threat analysis, foreign intelligence, counterintelligence, risk and vulnerability assessments, military operations, investigations, technology protection, security, and antiterrorism/force protection are highly desirable.

Qualifications

Required qualifications:

• Clearance:  Active Top Secret/SCI with Polygraph
• Education:  Bachelor’s degree in history, political science, international relations, security studies, or other social science related discipline. An additional four years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Experience: 
  • 5 years of experience with a BS/BA or 3 years with a MS/MA
  • proven research skills on military forces and other local events within target area
  • Ability to follow proven methodologies of military forces analysis
  • Experience conducting open-source analysis on information for major events or military force developments
• Skills:
  • Ability to use various presentation formats such as maps, graphs, and charts
  • Ability to update and manipulate data
  • Proficient in updating and working with web database systems
  • Familiarity with maintaining incident tracking databases
  • Familiarity with military forces doctrine, organizational structures, and operational concepts

Target Salary Range

$86,000 - $138,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
