Idaho Trust Mortgage, an affiliate of Idaho Trust Bank, is seeking a Mortgage Loan Officer to join our growing team in Boise, Idaho. In this relationship-driven role, you’ll develop a referral network, consult with clients on their financing needs, and guide them through the mortgage process with care and precision. You’ll work alongside an experienced team in a supportive, entrepreneurial environment that values integrity, professionalism, and client-first service.
What You'll Do
- Build and manage referral networks with real estate agents, builders, and financial professionals
- Help develop and maintain our Preferred Broker relationships
- Meet with prospective borrowers and recommend loan solutions tailored to their financial goals
- Submit accurate, complete loan applications and collaborate with processors and third-party lenders
- Stay current with market trends, lending products, and compliance guidelines
- Achieve production goals while delivering best-in-class service
What We're looking For
- 2+ years in mortgage loan origination
- NMLS-licensed (Idaho or eligible)
- Proven track record in referral-based sales
- Familiarity with conventional, FHA, VA, jumbo, and HELOC products
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ethical standards
- CRM and mortgage software proficiency
