We’re working with a reputable Developer seeking a Multifamily Estimator to join their growing team. This person will play a key role in preconstruction, budgeting, and competitive bidding for new apartment and mixed-use projects.
North Dallas, TX
Compensation: $90K–$120K base + excellent benefits (401K, healthcare, PTO, bonuses)
Project Types: Podium, wrap, and garden-style multifamily developments
What You’ll Do:
- Lead quantity takeoffs, subcontractor bid reviews, and detailed cost estimates
- Collaborate with the preconstruction and operations teams to develop accurate budgets
- Build and maintain strong subcontractor relationships
- Provide cost feedback and analysis to leadership
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of experience estimating multifamily or commercial projects
- Strong understanding of structural concrete and framing scopes
- Proficiency with Bluebeam, OST, or similar software
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and teamwork mindset
