We're currently seeking someone who brings next-level expertise as a New Home Sales Representative to join our team. If you’re passionate about real estate, thrive in a dynamic environment, and want to help homebuyers achieve their dreams, we’d love to hear from you.
🔑 What You’ll Do:
- Manage community sales and guide prospective homeowners through the buying process
- Communicate with buyers from contract to settlement
- Administer contracts and maintain accurate sales and inventory reporting
- Present model homes, brochures, and marketing materials professionally
- Assist in developing and following up on sales leads
- Ensure accurate representation of homes and communities online and in print
- Represent Mid-Atlantic Builders’ brand, mission, and values with professionalism
- Gather and analyze market trends and competitor activity
🧠 What You’ll Bring:
- College degree preferred
- 2+ years of new home or real estate sales experience preferred
- Maryland Builder Sales License (or ability to obtain)
- Strong written, verbal, and customer service skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and motivated
- Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset
- Coachable with a desire to continuously learn
- Understanding of real estate and residential construction
