Home Health Occupational Therapist (OT)
Location: Litchfield, IL
Compensation: $90,000–$100,000 annually
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday
Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Home Health Occupational Therapist to provide in-home therapy services to patients in the Springfield area. This role focuses on improving patient independence, safety, and quality of life within the home environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients’ functional abilities and home safety needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Address activities of daily living (ADLs) and adaptive strategies
- Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic techniques
- Document evaluations, visits, and progress notes accurately
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members
Qualifications
- Active OT license in Illinois
- Home health or outpatient experience preferred
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
