Job Title: Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant – Restore Independence at Home

Compensation: $42-$46 per visit
Job Type: Full Time and Part Time Hours available

What You’ll Do:
- Deliver personalized occupational therapy treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
- Help clients regain daily living skills through meaningful interventions in the comfort of their home
- Promote independence and safety through adaptive equipment training, energy conservation, and activity modifications
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to create holistic treatment plans
- Accurately document sessions, track progress, and report patient response in compliance with EMR standards
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant program
- Active COTA license in Minnesota
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Strong communication, organization, and patient advocacy skills
