Executive Office Coordinator – Support Senior Leadership at Philanthropic Foundation!

• Location: Beverly Hills, CA (Onsite, Mon–Fri)
• Pay: $80K–$85K if converted
• Duration: 4–6 month temp-to-hire | Benefits if converted
• Hours: 8:30 AM–5:00 PM | Minimal OT | Parking provided
• Overview: Partner closely with CFO, President, and Managing Director; own calendar coordination, office flow, and internal task management for a foundation that supports the arts, education, public health, and humanitarian needs.
• Requirements: 10+ years’ experience, strong job stability, bachelor’s degree or equivalent, proficiency Outlook and Word, nonprofit background a plus

Temp Office Coordinator – Champion Mental-Health Initiatives for a Non-Profit!

• Location: Downtown Los Angeles (Onsite Tues/Wed + as needed)
• Pay: $40/hr
• Duration : End of June - September (8-weeks)
• Hours: Part-time | 4-days a week | 9:00 AM - 5:00PM
• Overview: This role combines front desk reception, vendor coordination, and office upkeep with administrative and project support across departments.
• Requirements: Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, and Concur
