Nationwide Therapy Group (NTG) is seeking dynamic Healthcare Recruiters responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier healthcare professionals to meet the staffing needs of our healthcare facilities.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the recruiting process for healthcare positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and facilitating offers.
- Outbound calls to potential candidates.
- Source candidates for a wide range of healthcare roles, such as travel nurses.
- Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including online job boards, social media sites, and networking within the healthcare industry to build a robust talent pool.
- Establish and maintain relationships with candidates.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the team's success.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport over the phone.
- A solid work ethic with a passion for sales and customer engagement.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
- Recruitment experience is an advantage but not required.
- Sales experience is a plus but not required – we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Positive attitude, resilience, and eagerness to learn and grow in the recruitment field.
- Expertise in doing inside sales.
- Experienced in call center environments.
