📋 Your Role: What You’ll Be Doing
- Meet with homeowners to assess roofing needs and provide solutions
- Conduct inspections using ladders and/or drones and document conditions
- Build trust with clients and guide them through the process
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handoffs
- Work independently while hitting performance goals

- ✅ A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- ✅ Comfort working at heights and using ladders/drones
- ✅ Sales, roofing, or customer-facing experience (preferred, not required)
- ✅ A positive attitude and a willingness to learn
🛠️ Minimum Requirements
- Must have a valid driver’s license and insured vehicle
- Must be comfortable climbing ladders and working outdoors
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Must be coachable, reliable, and results-driven
