Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Patrol Assigned Areas: Conduct regular patrols of designated parking lots and garages to monitor for parking violations and unauthorized vehicles.
- Enforce Parking Regulations: Identify vehicles that are parked illegally, including those without valid parking assignments, exceeding time limits, or occupying reserved/handicapped spaces, and take appropriate enforcement action.
- Issue Citations: Issue parking citations using handheld devices to violators, accurately documenting the infraction and recording necessary information such as license plate numbers, vehicle descriptions, and location details.
- Provide Customer Assistance: Assist customers with inquiries, directions, and general information regarding parking regulations and available parking options.
- Respond to Incidents: Respond to reports of parking disputes, vehicle accidents, or other incidents within parking facilities, and take appropriate action to resolve conflicts and ensure safety.
