Shift: 7:30 am - 4:00 pm (Monday - Friday)
8:00 am - 4:00 pm Saturday (may be asked to work some Saturdays)
Pay Rate: $15
Job Description:
Under general supervision and according to specified procedures, performs routine laboratory activities such as patient receiving, vein puncture, computer data entry, and other related duties including lab clinical functions.
Experience:
Basic knowledge such as acquired through completion of high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent required.
Completion of Medical Assistant or Certified Phlebotomy training program preferred.
6 months to one year on the job experience in vein puncture required.
Previous computer experiences preferred.
Phlebotomist who are required to float between clinics must have a valid, unrestricted Michigan Driver's license and the ability to be insured by a HF MG Insurance Carrier.
