Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) – In-Home Lymphedema Care
$77,324–$93,600/year | W-2 | Full-Time | $10,000 Sign-On Bonus (CLT)
We’re hiring a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to treat patients with chronic lymphedema in their homes. This role is not a traditional home health setting; you’ll provide structured, focused therapy within a proven chronic disease management model. Clinicians receive mentorship, zone-based scheduling, and opportunities to advance through the Clinical Ladder Program.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver in-home lymphedema therapy under PT supervision
- Follow individualized treatment plans
- Complete documentation using Pariox (extra paid time for point-of-care notes)
- Participate in team huddles, training, and ongoing clinical development
Compensation
- $50–$60/hour, depending on CLT certification
- Non-treatment rate: $12/hour (driving, documentation, meetings)
- $10K sign-on bonus for CLT-certified candidates (2-year commitment)
- Paid training at 50% treatment rate
- Driving reimbursement based on drive time
Requirements
- Active Florida PTA license
- CLT-certified OR eligible
- 1+ year home health experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license + reliable transportation
- Able to lift 50 lbs., bend, stoop, and squat
