Our client is an established General Contractor and is seeking a Preconstruction Manager to join their team. The company specializes in Design-Build construction projects throughout the Bay Area.

Responsibilities
- Perform quantity takeoffs and prepare materials pricing
- Prepare conceptual estimates
- Contribute to value engineering studies
- Collaborate with Project Managers, Architects and Engineer
Qualifications
- You have 5+ years of Estimating experience with a minimum of 3 years focused specifically on commercial construction
- You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field
- Proficiency with estimating software, take-off software (On-Screen Takeoff), BIM and MS Office suite
- Knowledge and understanding of construction drawings
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
- Excellent communication skills and an ability work well in a team based environment
