About the Job:
River Road Early Learning Center is hiring reliable, passionate, caring, and motivated individual to be an assistant teacher in a preschool classroom. RRELC is a wonderful community full of engaged families, teachers and administration.
Full-Time Preschool Assistant Teacher
Responsibilities:
- Discuss assigned duties with the lead educator in order to coordinate instructional efforts.
- Safeguard and promote the well-being of all children in the preschool.
- Help the lead teacher plan and execute lesson plans and other activities in the classroom.
- Meet with your teaching team, age-level colleagues, and administrators regularly to work together, discuss students and supports, reflect on teaching practices, and give/receive feedback.
Preferred Qualifications:
- CDA or an Associate's degree or higher in education or a related field.
- Experience in an early childhood education setting.
