Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Physician Assistant (PA-C) or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our team full-time in a family medicine setting. The ideal candidate is passionate about patient-centered care, confident in independent decision-making, and skilled in building lasting relationships with patients of all ages.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care for pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients
• Conduct wellness visits, chronic disease management, acute care visits, and physicals
• Review and interpret diagnostic tests and lab results
• Document encounters and treatment plans using EPIC EMR
• Collaborate with supervising physician and clinical staff as needed
• Educate patients on treatment plans, preventative care, and healthy lifestyle choices
• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation in compliance with regulatory guidelines

Qualifications

• Current Michigan licensure as a Physician Assistant (PA-C) or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
• National board certification (NCCPA, AANP, or ANCC)
• Minimum of 1–2 years of Primary Care or Family Medicine experience preferred
• Comfortable seeing patients independently
• Strong bedside manner and patient communication skills
• Experience using EPIC EMR preferred

Pay: $110k-125k salary

Expected hours: 40 per week
